My Business Partners
My boys, Bistro and Mojo were born in, we estimate, 2002. They existed in a house with nearly 100 other animals before being rescued by the county animal shelter. I found them there while volunteering. One look at Bistro’s big brown eyes and Mojo’s perpetually stuck out tongue and I was a goner! They arrived at my home with no manners, a "we pee where we please" policy and also, remarkably, given their previous life, with instant trust and unconditional love. They eagerly learned all the basics and even some tricks! They are now amazing and happy members of my family.

When I decided to create PAWTTERY, they donated many paw prints to the start-up. I couldn’t have done it with out them!

About Me
My name is Susan K. Lee and I have lived in San Luis Obispo since 1995. I first tried my hand at pottery in 2001 and have loved working in clay ever since. I am a lifelong animal lover and consider myself fortunate to have always shared my home with at least one. PAWTTERY allows me to combine my love of ceramics with my love of spending time with animals.
